Meet Caleb Ellis.
​
Caleb Ellis is a transactional lawyer for businesses and creators. He started his legal career in Los Angeles, working at a record label and later at a global design firm. Caleb's clients are diverse. He advises publicly traded companies and small to mid-sized businesses; creators, artists, filmmakers, and many other entertainment industry professionals. He has over a decade of experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial business agreements, entertainment agreements, corporate transactions, and employment contracts.
Caleb is a graduate of Pepperdine School of Law, a member of the Law Society of Ontario, and provisionally licensed with the State Bar of California.
